I am a professional skier/adventurer based in Whistler, BC.

For as far back as I can remember, I’ve felt an undeniable connection with the snow, the cold, the mountains and my skis. Born to two ski bum parents on summer solstice 88, I was raised in the Pemberton Valley (twenty minutes up the road from Whistler/Blackcomb). Bart, my dad, moved to Whistler in 1977 when he was 15 years old to pursue his love of the outdoors and soon after was hired on Whistler’s Pro Patrol where he’s been working ever since. My mum Sue worked as a ski school instructor when they met, and 3 months later they were off to France for a year long ski exchange/honeymoon to Val D’Isere. Nine months later I arrived into the world in a North Vancouver hospital. I had a ski pass before my first birthday. When I was two I graduated from dads backpack to my very own pair of Ninja Turtle skis and my parents taught me the fun of gliding down a snowy hill, riding the t-bar and having hot chocolate in the lodge. Fast forward; being off resort, away from the masses, breathing the fresh air as I hike towards the top of my next line is my favorite feeling. Now my goals are researching new zones and unique terrain features to ski all the while capturing the action on video and in photos. There’s nothing in the world that can compare to floating freely through the winter months with my closest friends as we explore mountains and check off classic ski descents.
